REQUIREMENTS

 

Nature of Services

Stylo NY is an online directory, promotion and booking service which enables a network of discerning clients and talented “On-Location Professionals” (On-location professionals include massage therapists,makeup artists,hair stylists and any other beauty service providers hereafter referred to as “Professional”or “Professionals”) to find each other. By signing up for a membership with Stylo NY and accepting a listing on the Stylo NY website, Professional agree to abide by all terms and conditions contained on this webpage and elsewhere on the Stylo NY website. Professional further acknowledges and agrees that the relationship arising between Stylo NY and Professional does not constitute an agency, joint venture, partnership, employer/employee relationship or franchise. (As the person agreeing to the terms and conditions printed here, Professional is sometimes referred to as “I”.)

The Professional shall not register to stylony.com in the intent of copying or duplicating or any other intention but for his booking uses only. any other act of spying cloning or other false intention would be pursued with the full extent of the law  

 

Certification

I certify that I have successfully completed the course of study in the services I offer at an accredited school or other institution and that I have received a diploma from such institution. I further certify that I have a shop permit and a physical location to engage in business as a Professional.

 

Professional License in Good Standing

I certify that I am a qualified Professional, duly licensed by the State of New York, and that my Professional license is and shall remain current and in good standing for as long as I remain a member of the Stylo NY network. Termination or suspension of my Professional license at any time by the State of New York or by any other legal authority having jurisdiction over such license shall give Stylo NY the immediate right to terminate my membership in the Stylo NY network and to remove my Booking Page from the Stylo NY directory. I understand that licensing is my own personal responsibility, and that Stylo NY does not take responsibility for validating any required licenses

Tools

As a hair stylist or colorist I affirm that have in my possession a styling service kit which includes: Clean and professional-grade scissors, combs, clips, blow-dryer, hot styling tools, hair care products, cutting capes, bushes, extension cord, drop cloth, clippers, edgers, water bottle, mirror, clean towels, etc.

As a massage therapist I affirm that have in my possession a Massage Table or chair and Massage Oil,

 

Insurance

At all times while I remain a member of the Stylo NY network, I agree to maintain in full force and effect a policy of professional liability insurance as a Professional, issued by a company licensed to conduct business in the State of New York. I agree to maintain such insurance in the policy limits established from time to time by Stylo NY and to produce a valid certificate of insurance immediately upon request by Stylo NY. I understand and agree that my failure to maintain such insurance, naming T&G Crew LLC d/b/a Stylo NY as an additional insured, shall be grounds for immediate termination of my Stylo NY network membership and the immediate withdrawal of my Booking Page from the Stylo NY website.

 

True, Complete and Accurate Information

As a Professional who has chosen voluntarily to become a part of the Stylo NY network, I understand and affirm that I am responsible for the truthfulness, completeness and accuracy of all information provided to Stylo NY, whether or not actually published on my Stylo NY Booking Page. If any information provided by me is determined to be false, or incomplete, or otherwise inaccurate in any way, I understand that my membership and my right to participate in the Stylo NY network may be terminated at any time.

Updating Account

I agree and commit to log into my account not less often than once each week and to update online my Booking Page and upcoming availabilities each week throughout the year.


Cell Phone Requirement and Internet Connection

I attest that I own a cell phone and I agree to maintain my account with my cell phone service provider in good standing at all times. I further attest that I have access to an internet-connected computer in the morning and evening hours of each day at a minimum.

Returning Calls Promptly

If at any time a Stylo NY” representative calls me directly and I am not able to pick up the phone, I agree and commit to return his or her call in a timely manner.

Checking Emails

I agree and commit to check my email every morning to view my scheduled appointments for the day.

 

Promptness.

I agree and commit to arrive at all appointments ON TIME.

 

Turning Away of Clients

I agree not to refuse or otherwise turn away any client except for one or more of the following reasons: Client is more than 20 minutes late for a scheduled appointment time; Client behaves in a rude or abusive manner; Client exhibits any violent or sexually abusive tendencies; or Client makes racist remarks. In the event of any of the foregoing, I agree to notify Stylo NY promptly. Refusing or turning away a Client for any other reason without the written approval of Stylo NY may result in a suspension or termination of my membership in the Stylo NY network.

 

Right of Stylo NY to Administer Proficiency Test

I understand and agree that I may be required to demonstrate my abilities as a professional for a representative of Stylo NY, which could include performing a beauty service or other massage therapy service offered on a live person.

 

Cancellation of My Booking Page and Membership in the Stylo NY Network

I understand and agree that that I am not entitled to any monetary compensation if I should decide to cancel my Booking Page and membership in the Stylo NY network. If I desire to cancel my Booking Page and membership, I will

email my request to support@stylony.com and Stylo NY will remove my Booking Page from the Stylo NY directory within 48 hours.

 

No Offensive Language

I agree not to post any offensive language or remarks anywhere on the Stylo NY website. I understand that doing so may result in the termination of my membership in the Stylo NY network and the immediate removal of my Booking Page from the website without entitlement to any refund or other termination compensation.

 

No Illegal Service

I agree not to advertise any illegal service.

 

No False or Fictional Ratings or Reviews

I agree not to alter my ratings or reviews by inserting forged, false or fictional ratings or reviews, either by me or by any other person acting on my behalf. I understand that doing so may result in the termination of my membership in the Stylo NY network and the immediate removal of my Booking Page from the website without entitlement to any refund or other termination compensation.


Professional Dress Code

I agree to dress appropriately and professionally for all appointments on which I get booked through Stylo NY.

 

Leaving Behind Items

I understand that I am fully responsible for protecting and retaining my own personal property, including the tools which I use as a Professional. In the event that I should leave anything behind at a client location, Stylo NY shall have no responsibility whatsoever for any loss sustained by me.

Change of Address:

I understand that it is my responsibility to advise Stylo NY of any change in my address.

 

Parking. If I incur any parking or other travel charges in connection with visiting any client location, then reimbursement for such charges shall be agreed upon privately between the client and me before the appointment actually takes place.

 

Membership Plan & Service Fee

I understand that my membership in the Stylo NY network is free to me for as long as I continue to abide by the terms and conditions and printed here. In the event of any change in this policy, I shall be notified in writing not less than 30 days prior to the implementation of any such change.

 

Posted Rates

I agree to charge any client of Stylo NY no more than the rate which is stated on my Stylo NY Booking Page at the time the service appointment was booked.  

Gratuity

Rates for services you provide using Stylo NY do not include gratuity.

 

Use in Publicity

Stylo NY shall be permitted at all times to use the image or text of any Professional Booking Page in any publicity or marketing materials. Stylo NY shall retain complete and exclusive discretion to select which Professionals to promote at any time.

 

 

VIEWING AND MODIFYING YOUR BOOKED APPOINTMENTS.

 

Through your homepage you will have several options to view your booked appointments:

Notice boxes – they will appear on your homepage showing the next book appointment of the day.

Today’s appointments detail – will show all appointments booked for the present day.

Tomorrow appointment detail - will show all appointments booked for the next day.

Past appointments - will show you all appointments booked in the past weeks.

My Online Calendar - will show all appointments booked for current week and following weeks as well.
Through your Online Calendar you may: Create appointment, Cancel/Update appointment, Reschedule an appointment, Create/Update client, Add notes to client appointment.
Email alerts would be sent to clients on any online calendar update regarding them.

 

Appointment details shown

Time and date of appointment.

Client name, cell phone, emails address.

Type of service, price posted, service duration.

Amount due- money to charge the client(after initial payment has been paid to reserve the appointment)

Location – where the service will take place.

Link to Google map with location area displayed.

Option to cancel the appointment – see cancelation policy for more details.

 

 

AVAILABILITY POLICY.

 

Minimum times

There are no minimum hours you need to be available. You may work as much as you wish; however, Stylo NY reserves the right to eliminate your account if it shows no activity for some time.


Update times

You will need to input availability of the hours you can work in the following week.

You may set your availability up to 3 months ahead and we would like you so set up times for at least the following 6 weeks.

 

Setting up your availability times

At the timetable of the week, mark up all the hours of the week you wish to work.

Example: If you are available to work between 6:00 and 8:00, a client who wishes to get a man’s styling service that takes 90 minutes will see you are available only at 4:00 or 4:30

 

Setting up Default times template.

If your availabilities time is constant every week, you may set a default time template; you can implement that default time template to every upcoming week. Doing so will save you time having to log into each week’s timetable and changing the hours in it.

 

Distance time engine

You will be given traveling time to get from one appointment to another.

The distance time engine will calculate the traveling time; the amount will depend on the distance between appointments locations. You may add or subtract traveling time at the “Manage travel time settings” page.

 

EDITING AND VIEWING YOUR BOOKING PAGE.

 

Through your homepage you may choose to view and edit your Booking Page. Your Booking Page will show the following:

Name and the date when you joined our service – make sure you submit your true name.

Professional picture – should be a head shot; any other type will be modified or not approved.

Professional Logo – If you have your own logo you may add it to your booking page.

Rate stars – will show your rating in filled stars; for more information see the “Star rating system” section below.

Career Highlights – briefly write about a few highlights of your career or"pitch" your qualifications.E.G. "Worked 4 years at Chic salon/spa", "My work was features in vogue magazine", "i specialize in curly hair" etc. This is displayed on your booking page and new appointment search listings. Keep it to 2-3 sentences.

Professional statement – here you can put a more full description of your background, qualifications, specialties, etc.

The Professional statement is displayed only on your Booking Page page.

Services and rates – list of all services you offer with prices and duration of each of them; you may edit them through the edit/view Booking Page option or “manage your services/styles” option.

Contact info and service locations – Control how much of your contact and location information is displayed.

Portfolio pictures – you may upload pictures that show past work; as many as you would like, within reason.

Client testimonials – testimonials that clients write about you; read more information in “Website Booking Page Reviews” below.

 

BEAUTY AND MASSAGE SERVICES PRICES AND DURATION POLICY

 

Managing your services

Through your homepage "Manage services/styles" page you may choose from the follwing options:

 

         Basic Services – Pick a basic service from our list of services. The price and duration for a basic service is set by you alone. Examples: "woman cut is a 100$ for 40 minutes", "shiatsu massage is 80$ for 50 minutes", etc."

         Event Services – Pick an event service from our list of event services. Creating an event service allows you to have the client decide how many hours he wants to book you based on an hourly rate. E.G. "Haircut Party $200 for the first 2 hour and $75 for any addional hour" etc.

         Custom Basic Services – Name your own custom basic service. If you can’t find your offered basic service in our list of basic services then you can create one of your own.

         Custom Event Services – Name your own custom event service. If you can’t find your offered event service in our list of event services then you can create one of your own


Managing services prices

You may price your services in any amount you choose.

If no price is set, a default price will be designated for you.

 

Managing services duration

You may change the amount of time the service will take you to perform.

If no time is set, a default time will be designated for you.

The duration is the time it takes from starting the client service until you finish, including sweeping and cleaning the hair.

Calculating and providing the duration time is very important because your booking process take it into account.

Example: If you are available to work between 6:00 and 8:00, a client who wishes to get a “man haircut service” that takes 90 minutes will see you are available only at 4:00 or 4:30

 

MANAGING YOUR SERVICE AREAS AND LOCATIONS.

 

Through your homepage "ervice at client locations(neighborhoods)" page you may choose from which area or specific locations you wish to receive clients.

Be aware that clients who want to book your services at their location can do so only if their location is checked by you.


Preferred location.

Stylo NY understands that you might not want to preclude yourself from working in other areas of the city but would like to get customers from a preferred location. You may input your preferred area of clients who would like to be serviced at home and Stylo NY will put you on a higher position when clients from that location search for a Professional to come to their home.

 

ADJUSTING TIME TRAVEL BETWEEN LOCATIONS.

 

Through your homepage you may choose to adjust the amount of time our system will add between your meetings when we calculate the time needed per miles in distance.

Default times:

Appointment at the same place – there is no travel time.

Appointment locations less than one mile apart – travel time is 15 minutes.

Appointment locations less than five miles apart – travel time is 30 minutes.

Appointment locations greater than five mile apart – travel time is 60 minutes.

 

How does the travel time between locations affect my bookings by clients?

Example:

If you have a meeting with Dana (a client) at 8:00 in the upper west to do a woman styling service that takes 60 minutes, and Katy who lives in the East Village wants to book an appointment with you, your availability will show her that you are available only from 10:00 and not 9:00 because our system will give you an hour to get from one location to the other.

If Ron who lives on the Upper West Side would look at your next available time in order to book an appointment with you that day, he will see 9:30 because the system will reserve only 30 minutes for the next appointment in a close-by area.

You may adjust the time travel until you find the one that is best for you.

 

HOST APPOINTMENTS AT YOUR OWN HOME OR PLACE OF WORK.

 

Through your homepage "Service at my own location" page you may choose to host clients at your home and styling service them there,

You must enter your current residence or place of work.

Also make sure that you are permitted to use this location at the time you set to be available for appointments.

The notes section is reserved for any remarks you would like the customer to know (example: you have a dog).

 

 

COUPONS POLICY.

 

Coupons: Stylo NY provides Professionals with coupon codes and discount amounts.

The Professional may change his coupon name and discount amount.

Professional may give coupons to clients for whom they want to offer discounts on their online price.

Coupon codes can be a great marketing tool that will help your clients to feel special and better treated.

Client may input their discount coupon at the last stage of the booked appointment.

 

Coupon codes will also be used for stylo ny to recognize clients that have been referred by you.

 

UPDATE ACCOUNT INFORMATION

 

Through your homepage you may update the following account information:

Username, first name, last name, gender, email address, phone.

User name: instead of your email when you log in, you may use your user name,

Also your user name is added to the link www.stylony.com/(your user name) to direct your customers to your Booking Page where they can review your work, background and book an appointment with you.

 

UPDATING YOUR EMAIL PREFERENCES.

 

Through your homepage you may choose to enable or disable the following email alerts:

 

         Receiving a daily schedule every morning even if there are no scheduled appointments.

         Receiving an email alert if your availability is not up to date.

         Receiving an email alert every time a customer books an appointment.

         Receiving an email alert every time a customer cancels an appointment.

         Receiving an email when you receive a new testimonial from a client.

 

CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD

You may change your password at any time. Please make sure you keep your password safe. Stylo NY is not responsible for any misuse of your Booking Page by any unauthorized individual who obtained the password through you.

 

PRICES AND SERVICE FEES

 

Pricing

While Stylo NY does not dictate prices for any service provided by any Professional, and Professional establishes her or his own price for each service provided, Professional agrees to set a price for each service offered in some multiple of $5.

 

Membership & service fees

After 14 days from the date you registered you will be prompt to join the Membership Plan in order to keep your Stylo NY online booking page and system for the monthly charge of $39.95. The membership would include:


* Your own professional booking page with your portfolio pictures

* Stylo NY booking and marketing features that are located in the professional Homepage

* Toll-free number for your clients

* Professional becames a candidate to join for free our Stylo Professionals , an exclusive group that we list in our website and promote to hotels and private clientele.

* Email alerts for booked appointments or cancelation.

* Online Calendar feature.

 

Stylo NY suggests that the Professional will include on the Booking Page page some legend pertaining to gratuity, that ”rates for services posted on the Stylo NY website do not include gratuity; gratuities are appreciated and may be given directly to the Professional by the client.”

 

REVIEWS ON YOUR BOOKING PAGE POLICY 

 

Website Booking Page Reviews

Clients may post testimonials/reviews on the Professional’s Booking Page and will also rate the Professional according to the Stylo NY star system.

Stylo NY reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject or approve a testimonial Posting in the Professional’s Booking Page.

 

Star rating system

Professional client will get an option to review the Professional’s work and rate it by a star system, 1 – poor, to 5 – excellent.

Unlike testimonials, which the Professional may reject or approve to be shown in the Booking Page, the star rating will take effect in any case. A Professional’s star rating will not drop after 1 bad review. However, repeated bad reviews will eventually lead to a decrease in the Professional’s star rating and potentially the removal of the Professional from the Stylo NY network.

 

 

 

POLICIES REGARDING CONFIRMATION AND CANCELING EMAIL ALERTS.

 

Confirmation email alerts.

 

Professionals.

 

As a member of Stylo NY you will be able to ask for a credit capture from booking clients to secure their appointments with you ,we also sending them a confirmation email a day before the appointment, we are taking steps to insulate our Professionals against “no show” clients who have booked appointments but then do not appear or are not available at the scheduled times.

.

However, we always encourage our Professionals to call their clients a day before the appointment to confirm.

 

Professional will receive an email every morning at 7:00 am with a link to all his or her scheduled appointments. The email message will include:

         Mapped locations of appointments.

         Client details - phone and notes.

         A notice regarding all customers who did not confirm prior to that time. (The client is offered to confirm the day before.) The Professional is then prompted to call the client to confirm.

 

 

At Stylo NY we trust our Professionals to be responsible to check their appointments daily. If we receive complaints from clients about Professionals who “no show,” then Stylo NY reserves the right to terminate the Professional’s membership in the Stylo NY network and to delete the Professional’s Booking Page from the Stylo NY website.

 

Professionals also have extra email alert options to assist them:

         Receiving an email alert every time a customer books an appointment.

         Receiving an email alert every time a customer cancels an appointment.

         Receiving an email alert every morning even if there are no appointments set for the day.

 

Clients.

 

         Client will receive a “booked appointment” email a few minutes after online booking, with the appointment details.

         Client will receive a “confirmation” email a day before the appointment, with a confirmation link to confirm his/her appointment.

 

Cancelation email alerts.

 

Professionals.

 

Once a Professional cancels an appointment through the website, the appointment is taken off the client’s upcoming appointment schedule and the following email alerts are sent:

 

         Email alert will be sent to the Stylo NY team alerting them of the cancelation.

         Email alert will be sent to the client alerting him/her that the appointment has been canceled.

Clients.

 

If a client is canceling his/her appointment, the appointment will be erased from the schedule and the time slot will again be free for booking.

The following email alerts will be sent:

 

         Email alert will be sent to the Stylo NY team alerting them of the cancelation (we will try to reach the Professional on the phone if the client cancels less than 12 hours from the scheduled appointment).

         Email alert will be sent to the Professional alerting him/her that the appointment has been canceled.

 

 

Cancellation Policy for Professional’s membership in the Stylo NY network and removal of Professional’s Booking Page from the Stylo NY website:

 

Email your request to support@stylony.com and we will cancel your account.

 

APPOINMTENT CANCELLING POLICY.

 

Stylo NY reserves the right to terminate a client or a Professional account that has canceled appointments repeatedly.

 

CLIENTS:

 

Clients using Stylo NY have a 12 hour per Professional cancellation policy. For example, if the client books 3 separate Professionals, he/she needs to give them each 12 hours’ notice for cancellation.

 

      If the client cancels more than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, the Program Service Fee becomes a credit to the client.(if a program service fee was taken)

 

      If the client cancels less than 12 hours before the appointment, he/she will lose his initial Program Service Fee payment.(if a program service fee was taken)

 

     For Event Appointments (hair Parties, Corporate Styling service, etc.), Stylo NY requires a 24 hour notice per Professional for cancellation. Failure to give this notice will result in the client being charged the full amount of the appointment.- if a billing profile was created for the client and the professional alerted on this possibility in his or her profile

 

PROFESSIONALS:

 

Professionals should try their best to keep the appointments booked at the available time they have set.

If there is no other option and the Professional needs to cancel the appointment, he/she must cancel the appointment from his/her Booking Page and call the client to notify the client personally.

Client will then be refunded for his/her initial Program Service Fee payment.(if a program service fee was taken)

Client Refund and Credit Policy.

 

Credit of Program Service Fee payments will be given back to clients in the following circumstances, on condition of the client having canceled prior to 12 hours before appointment time.

 

         Client cancels the appointment.

         Client wants to reschedule, in which case he/she needs to cancel the current appointment.

 

A refund of the Program Service Fee will be issued to a client only in a case where the Professional cancels.

 

Editing Booking Pages: Stylo NY reserves the right to edit Professional Booking Pages as Stylo NY shall determine in the exercise of its sole discretion, including changing the Professional's picture if it seems inappropriate.

Use in Publicity: By joining the Stylo NY network and posting a Booking Page on the Stylo NY website, Professional grants Stylo NY the right to use the images and/or words of the Professional in any publicity materials. Which materials to use in any one or more instances shall be left to the sole discretion of Stylo NY.

 


GROOMING AND THERAPEUTIC PURPOSES ONLY


No Affiliation with Clients:


By joining the Stylo NY network and posting a Booking Page on the Stylo NY website, Professional understand and agrees that the officers, directors, shareholders, employees and contractors of Stylo NY are not personally affiliated with any of the clients who use the Stylo NY website. While Stylo NY uses commercially reasonable efforts to screen clients and also to take the client’s credit card details and verify them, Stylo NY does not fully investigate the individuals who are seeking a beauty or a massage therapy service.

It is the exclusive responsibility of the Professional using this website to do a full screening of the serviced client(s) on the phone before the appointment is to take place, 
if desired.

PROFESSIONAL PARTICIPATES IN THE STYLO NY NETWORK AT HIS/HER OWN RISK. STYLO NY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY OR LOSS SUFFERED BY THE PROFESSIONAL DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OR DELIBERATE MISCONDUCT, ILLEGAL OR OTHERWISE (INCLUDING CRIMINAL CONDUCT), OF CLIENTS USING THE STYLO NY WEBSITE TO BECOME CLIENTS OF THE PROFESSIONAL.

 

PROFESSIONAL AND CLIENT DISPUTES

 

Any disputes between the client and Professional have nothing to do with “STYLO NY”. However, the client is free to post a negative review of that Professional on the “STYLO NY” website if he or she is unhappy with the service provided. Professional can also post a rebottle to that review. Professional can also opt to not have any reviews at all posted on his/her Booking Page.

PROFESSIONALS on our network also reserve the right to refuse giving a service to a client after speaking with them on the phone before the appointment (as long as they do not commit to the appointment). PROFESSIONALS can also refuse giving a service after meeting the client in person before the service is to begin.

PROFESSIONAL/ CLIENT MISCONDUCT

In the event that reports come back from a client that there has been misconduct on the part of a Professional, Stylo NY reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the membership of the Professional on the Stylo NY network and to remove the Professional’s Booking Page from the Stylo NY website.

In the event that reports come back from a Professional that there has been client misconduct, Stylo NY reserves the right at its sole discretion to immediately suspend or terminate that client's membership in the Stylo NY network and to block that client from any further bookings on the Stylo NY website.

Some examples of misconduct include: no shows, extreme lateness, poor service practices, excessive solicitation, and unethical behavior.

 

MISCELLANEOUE ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

By using this site, I am acknowledging that I am at least 18 years of age and I understand the risks described above.

I understand that any arrangement I may make with a Stylo NY client is a private arrangement between me and the client ONLY, and that Stylo NY” cannot and will not be liable for any personal injury or property damage or loss occasioned by the negligent or intentional conduct of anyone who uses the Stylo NY website.

I agree that Stylo NY, in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate my account or otherwise terminate my access to or use of the Service (or any part thereof), immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, if Stylo NY believes that I have acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms & Conditions printed here. Further, I agree that Stylo NY shall not be liable to me or to any third-party for any termination of my access to the Service.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL STYLO NY BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM ANY ASPECT OF PROFESSIONAL’S USE OF THE STYLO NY WEBSITE OR THE STYLO NY SERVICE, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF THE STYLO NY WEBSITE OR SERVICE, FROM THE PROFESSIONAL’S INABILITY TO USE THE STYLO NY WEBSITE OR SERVICE, OR THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION, ALTERATION, OR TERMINATION OF THE STYLO NY WEBSITE OR SERVICE. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR PRODUCTS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE STYLO NY WEBSITE OR SERVICE OR ANY LINKS ON THE STYLO NY WEBSITE, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE STYLO NY WEBSITE OR SERVICE OR ANY LINKS ON THE STYLO NY WEBSITE. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

I agree to indemnify and hold Stylo NY, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, service Professionals, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content I submit, post or make available through the service, my use of the Service, my violation of the Terms and Conditions, my breach of any of the representations and warranties herein, or my violation of any rights of another.

Stylo NY reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. I understand it is my responsibility to keep up to date on them. If a disagree with any new terms, I can cancel at any time, and if I don't abide by them, Stylo NY has the right to terminate my membership in the Stylo NY network and to withdraw my Booking Page from the Stylo NY website.
